On April 26, 2025, our sister chapter hosted the Fourth Annual Hats and Derby Luncheon at the First Baptist Church of Blackwood. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with springtime charm—complete with finger sandwiches, sweets, tea, festive Derby hats, door prizes, and a lively silent auction.

The Sally Martino Diamond Award is given in honor of Sally Martino (my mother, who passed away and was a GCCNJFRW member). A highlight of the event was the presentation of the Fourth Annual Sally Martino Diamond Award, given in honor of Theresa Martino Kane. We are incredibly proud to share that our very own Recording Secretary, Terri, was the recipient of this year’s award. Terri’s strength, grace, and unwavering service to our organization and community reflect the highest ideals of this special recognition. Her contributions continue to inspire us all, and this honor is so well-deserved.

Proceeds from the luncheon benefited We Are Free Survivors of Human Trafficking, furthering our shared mission to uplift and empower vulnerable individuals.
